Meet Rochelle
I am a licensed Associate Marriage Family Therapist. I recieved a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling from Palo Alto University. My dedicated focus is to support first responders, veterans and to also promote women's mental health. I understand the unique challenges faced by individuals in high-stress professions and I’m passionate about providing specialized care to help clients build resilience, navigate trauma, and foster a well-being. Additionally, I work with women across all stages of life, addressing domestic violence, personal growth, relationships, and perimenopause/menopause. I have a compassionate, holistic, and client centered approach to therapy where my goals are to create a safe supportive space where clients feel empowered to heal and make changes in order to build fulfilling, balanced lives.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, friends, and dogs. I am an avid reader and I believe that books have the power to bring people together and also give opportunities to discuss fresh perspectives.
Occasionally you may come across my corgi "Posey" who brings a little extra comfort to the session.
